The Energy Company Obligation 4 (ECO4) and Warm Homes Local Grant schemes will provide energy efficiency upgrades to households in England and Wales that have a gross household income below £31,000 per year (£36,000 threshold for WHLG), or where an occupant has a health condition that may leave them vulnerable to living in a cold home and have an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) between E and G
Help for homes
Wise Energy Solutions are an approved and accredited installer covering North West England and North Wales and are able to maximise the Government funding provided through the ECO4 and Warm Homes Local Grant schemes. Qualifying households could receive up to £38,000 to help improve their home's energy efficiency that will help reduce energy bills and lower carbon emissions
Other qualifying routes
If your gross household income is above the £31,000 threshold then the Governments ECO4 or ECOFlex routes to funding may be the option for you. If an occupant of your home has either a respiratory illness, cardiovascular condition, limited mobility or is immunosuppressed then your home may qualify regardless of income.
